The VPN connection can only be used when you work from home or at a place other than any Videlio-HMS branch office. If you are planning to use the VPN, please make sure that it is working properly before you plan to use it.

1. Open the VPN app:

Double click on the ‘OpenVPN Connect’ icon on your desktop. 

If the icon is not visible on your desktop, you can search for the application in the Windows menu bar and start it by double-clicking.

2. A new window will appear. Please swipe the grey button and enter your password.

5. Enter your password: 

Type your Windows password (which was assigned to you when you received your workstation) and then the One-time password code from the Authenticator App to OpenVPN Connect on your phone.

Enter the information together. It is not necessary to add any spaces or special characters between them.

6. Click OK. The grey icon will turn green once a successful VPN connection is established.
