1. Go to https://www.office.com/ and click on Sign in. 

2. Fill in your e-mail address.

3. Click either "Can’t access your account?” or “Forgot my password" (This depends on your browser cache) and click on Next.

4. Select “Work or School Account”.

5. Enter your company’s email address and the captcha characters, click on Next.

6. It is necessary to complete the verification, so you will see in your browser this instruction.

7.  Go to the Microsoft Authenticator application on your phone.

On your phone:

8. Click on your Videlio-HMS\FUNA account.

You will receive a verification code from the Videlio -HMS\FUNA account.

On your browser:

9. Enter the verification code and click Next.

10. Follow the prompts to create a new password. Enter a new password and make sure you comply with the strong password requirement.

After entering your new password, click Finish.

11. You will receive the message below confirming that your password has been reset and sign in with your new password.
