To report a phishing email, you can use this option in your Outlook, immediately:

1. Go to Home menu, you have the option to “Report Message”.

2. Click on the drop-down menu and select, “Phishing”

In case you need it, check the type of configuration you have when you click on the drop-down menu and, make sure you are using the "Classic Ribbon".

This option gives you all the options for your email account on the Home menu.
