This Microsoft option allows you to configure a sender as safe and trusted so you may access emails sent by them; as Microsoft Defender has initially identified them as risky for your Videlio - HMS Outlook account.

1. Search and select a message sent from the Microsoft Notifier for quarantined messages.

2. Click "Review Message" (blue button).

3. A new browser will open to display all quarantined messages.

4. Identify the email you need and select the email, then you can release it. (When you complete the above steps, the email you selected with “Review Message” will be opened by default.)

5. Click on the ellipsis on the menu (this menu has additional options) and select "Allow sender".

6. Select "Allow sender “.

7. Select "Allow this message “.

8. Select "45 days after used date”.

9. Click on "Release message".
