A VPN profile is a process previously managed as it corresponds to the user's profile and its prior approval. 

1. Install the App: 

Search for the Microsoft Authenticator app—it is available in the Google Play Store for Android and in the App Store for Apple devices.

2. Set up the App:

Select the ‘+’ icon on the top menu.

3. Select ‘Other account (Google, Facebook, etc.)’

4. Scan the QR code provided by your agent during the installation.
