1. Install the App:

Search for the Microsoft Authenticator app—it is available in the Google Play Store for Android and in the App Store for Apple devices.

2. Set up the App:

Select the ‘+’ icon on the top menu.

3. Select ‘Work or school account’.

4. Click on Next. 

5. Use your phone's camera to scan the QR code displayed on your computer screen.

6. Once you have scanned the QR code with your cell phone, your email account will be added to your authentication application, and you will receive a notification that the process has been successfully completed.
